License terms

BOLT FOR CLAUDE — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Version 1.0 · Marisnick Labs, LLC, a California limited liability company ("we")

By installing or using Bolt for Claude (the "Software") you agree to these terms.

1. LICENSE. On payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the
Software on up to two (2) computers you own or control, for your own personal or internal business
use. The free trial grants the same rights for seven (7) days without payment.

2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not (a) resell, sublicense, rent, share or publish the Software or your
license key; (b) remove or circumvent the license check; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or
disassemble the Software except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction; or
(d) use the Software to break any law or any website's terms of use.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. The Software lets an AI model operate a web browser on your behalf. You are
responsible for what you ask it to do, for the accounts and websites it accesses, and for reviewing
anything it submits. Do not use it on systems you are not authorized to use.

4. DATA. The Software runs on your computer. Browsing data, logins, logs and saved routines stay on your
computer. The Software contacts our license service about once a week only to confirm your license is
still active, sending only your license key. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. UPDATES. Your purchase includes updates for one (1) year. The version you have keeps working after
that.

6. REFUNDS. If the Software does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS
LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

9. TERMINATION. This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, stop using and delete
the Software.

10. TRADEMARKS. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Bolt for Claude is an independent product and
is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic.

11. LAW. California law governs these terms; venue is Orange County, California.
